You lack the required entitlement to use X

Ensure the license key for your server and the asset are under the same Keymaster account's ownership. If they already are, restart your server. If they're not, you need to move the asset to the account that holds your server's license key.

My Keymaster has been hacked, can you transfer the phone to me?

Unfortunately we can't transfer assets between keymaster accounts, even if you have been hacked. Please contact Cfx.re support.

Failed to verify protected resource X

This issue indicates that the files became corrupted during download, often a result of using FileZilla, which is known to cause file corruption. To avoid this problem, it's advised to switch to an alternative FTP client, like WinSCP.

When checking out, it says "payment declined"

If your payment got declined there is nothing we can do. It usually fixes itself if you try later, or it might mean you have been banned from Tebex. Try using another payment method, credit card, device, or a different IP (for example try using a VPN). Alternatively, you can have a friend purchase and transfer the asset to you.

I Purchased ecrowed version can I upgrade to opensource

Yes, You can. But you will need to send over the escrowed resource back to us, and all you would need to have proof of purchase, and you'll just pay the difference. For more details about this please open a billing support ticket.

I downloaded the lifetime / Subscription bundle, but my players are crashing?

As of last year, i've made products that have a lot of MB inside of them and keymaster won't / took to long to upload so you will see collection_props and collection_props2 make sure to update whenever you see an update posted inside the discord

When are pictures/inventory pre-configs going to be done?

As many of you know I didn't know it was going to be that serious about pictures and inventory configs. I do them for you guys it might take time, and asking in a ticket removes me from doing so. Please I will update inside the update channel in the discord.

If the inventory placements aren't done how do I get the placement

Why aren't Animations not working on props?

Why is my game crashing?
