Having an issue with a model or resource?

Find which model or resource is responsible for the issue

Check your server console or server.cfg to find the resource name, then review the error message to see which DJS Collections model or resource is affected.

Review the documentation for the specific model or resource involved

Navigate through the sidebar to select the pack you’re working with (Standalone Food Pack, Lore Food Pack, Furniture Pack, etc.), then go over the setup and usage guides. A lot of common issues come down to missed steps or incomplete dependencies, so double-check everything is installed and configured correctly.

FAQ

Where to Download my Purchased Assets?

Players can find their purchased FiveM assets through the official CFX Portal (Keymaster/Portal). After logging in with the same account used for the purchase, head to the “Assets” or “Purchased Resources” section. From there, you’ll be able to view, download, and manage all of your owned resources. If something isn’t showing up, make sure you’re logged into the correct account or check your purchase confirmation for details.

Can I Combine all the models into one Folder?

You can’t combine all of our assets into one folder because each model/resource is built to run independently within FiveM. Every asset has its own folder structure, resource name, and configuration files (like fxmanifest.lua) that the server relies on to load everything correctly. All of our assets are also escrowed, meaning their internal files are protected and can’t be modified or merged. Combining them into a single folder can break file paths, overwrite important files, and cause models or scripts to stop working.

However, our Syndicate and Lifetime packages are already organized and combined into 3 main folders for easier setup—so there’s no need to try merging anything yourself.

When do I Know to update my Assets?

You can check the CFX Portal (Keymaster/Portal), where updates are pushed directly to your purchased resources. You can also keep an eye on our Discord changelogs, where we post all updates, improvements, and new releases. Lastly, many of our resources include a built-in version check inside the script folder, which will notify you if you’re running an outdated version.

Do I need the Animations to use our props?

Our animations are fully standalone, meaning you can use them with any script—they don’t need to be paired with our props. The same goes for our props, which are also completely standalone and can work within your existing setup. We simply provide pre-configured inventory files and optional addon scripts that integrate our custom animations, giving you a more unique and enjoyable experience if you choose to use them together.

Do you make Custom Props as commission work?

We do not offer custom asset or model creation. We release our packages to the community and want everyone to have access, rather than restricting content to specific individuals.
